The iOS app — Apple Standard EULA

The ClubLadder iOS application is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs how you may use the app on Apple devices. That agreement is available at:

By downloading or using the ClubLadder app from the App Store, you agree to those terms.

The ClubLadder service (app + website)

By using ClubLadder — the app or this website — you agree to the following additional terms:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter about yourself and other players.
• Club admins are responsible for their club's data and for ensuring players consent to having their information stored.
• You will not use ClubLadder for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clubs' data.
• You will not reverse-engineer the app or server APIs.

No warranty

ClubLadder is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of ratings, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

Virginia Park Tree, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of ClubLadder, including but not limited to lost data, incorrect ratings, or disputes between club members.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClubLadder after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
